Look up to yourself
Pschy (pronounced SKY) is envisioned as a multidisciplinary establishment that primarily caters to quality and research based mental health services. We believe in wellness rooted in an interconnection of biological, psychological and socio-environmental factors relevant to our lives; thus, aims to broaden beyond clinical services by launching community-based research projects, outreach programs and speciality clinics in the long run. We work towards maintaining professional integrity in delivering services, provide education and training to minimize the stigma around mental health concerns and foster scientific knowledge in this field. Grounded in evidence based information and expertise of our clinicians, we aim to build a space for professional development for mental health and allied practitioners as well.

What Our Patients Say?
Therapy with her helped me to rebuild my life. I could heal issues of emotional neglect through therapy. I have learned to manage my emotions and feelings, accept and trust myself. She became someone whom I can trust myself with and lean on at any kind of situation. It definitely took time. I needed more openness, trust, patience and hope. I am so grateful for the timely help and unconditional support.
